Area located close to the Niittykumpu metro station will be developed from previous mining company headquarters and offices and closed area to diverse urban village, opening to its surroundings and connecting neighboring areas together. Existing woody hill and pond form the green hearts of area and are connected to surrounding groves and parks. Old offices remain largely and are renewed e.g. as new school. Day-care centre is fitted in hybrid-housing block. Blocks form urban streetscape and open towards surrounding green areas.
